Thelma Padilla

Thelma Padilla is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in law enforcement and training. Currently serving as a Security Officer III at Luxor Hotel & Casino since July 2012, Thelma is responsible for patrolling the property and training new and existing staff on departmental requirements. Prior to joining Luxor, Thelma served as a Military Police Officer in the United States Army National Guard from October 2008 to October 2014, leading missions under high-risk conditions and gaining qualifications on various weapons systems. Thelma holds two Associate degrees from the College of Southern Nevada in Clinical Psychology and Criminal Justice and Corrections, earned between 2012 and 2014.
