Jessica Nguyen has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jessica started their career as a Food and Beverage Attendant at Peter Rowland Catering in 2010. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Banquet staff at The Langham Melbourne. In 2013, they became an Assistant Front Office Manager at Silver Hotel. Jessica then joined CJ CGV Vietnam in 2014 as a Training and Customer Service Manager, where they were responsible for training and development, budget planning, and standardization. In 2018, they worked as a Customer Service Manager at Luxstay, an online platform for homestay rentals. Currently, they are the General Manager at Vinpearl Resort & Golf.
