Kevin Welland is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in both residential and commercial sales. Currently serving as a Licensed Real Estate Professional at Luxury & Beach Realty, Inc. since May 2017, Kevin previously worked at RE/MAX All Star from November 2014 to May 2017 and at Narzinsky Realty Inc from October 2004 to November 2014, holding relevant titles throughout these positions. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Kevin held various nursing roles, including Nursing Supervisor at BayCare Health System and Charge RN at Humana Northside Hospital, with a foundational education in nursing from Whittington Hospital School of Nursing in London, UK.
