A serial entrepreneur and founder of four companies, Dale has worked with over a dozen start-ups. His career has straddled the corporate and entrepreneurial worlds and his clients have included many of the world’s most prestigious brands such as Chanel, Estee Lauder, L’Oreal, NetJets, Unilever and Procter & Gamble, but also numerous start-ups and private family companies.
After beginning his career in marketing at Colgate-Palmolive in New York, he worked for 10 years in Europe in the fragrance industry with Firmenich and Givaudan. He then founded Fragrance Solutions, a market research firm studying prestige fine fragrances, which he sold to NPD. Along the way he also acquired a fashion retail business which he sold to Kate Spade and also Tribeza, Austin’s premier lifestyle magazine.
He was an e-commerce pioneer and co-founder of jasmin.com a venture backed entity which formed a JV with Cosmetics Retailer Ulta and a marketing partnership with P&G to launch Hugo Boss fragrances online. Jasmin was ultimately sold to Ashford.com.
Dale’s corporate experience includes serving as CEO in the US of two French luxury companies-Fauchon, France’s leading gourmet food company, and Christofle, the world’s premier silver & table top company.
