Nathalie Daoud has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Nathalie began their career at Hermès in 2006 as an Assistant Product Development, where they worked until 2007. Following this, Nathalie joined Lacoste in 2008 as an Assistant Product Manager. Later that year, they moved to Chanel, where they held the position of Intranet Project Manager. At Chanel, they were responsible for managing user access to the intranet, coordinating retail events, and monitoring the development of gift card projects. After Chanel, Nathalie joined Longchamp in 2009 as an E-Commerce Manager. In this role, they oversaw the operational management of the European website, including order processing, customer service, and bug resolution. Nathalie also coordinated with various departments such as IT and logistics. Nathalie's most recent work experience is with Luxurynsight, where they hold the position of Office Manager and Happiness Manager since 2019.
Nathalie Daoud obtained a Parcours certifiant E-commerce from Institut Supérieur du Marketing in 2018. Nathalie also holds a Master II degree in Commerce-Marketing from Institut Supérieur Européen de Gestion, which they completed from 2004 to 2007. In addition, they received a certification in E-Commerce from ABILWAYS in November 2017.
