China Account Manager at Luxurynsight

Xiaowan Jin began their work experience in November 2018 as a Hostess at The Peninsula Hotels. From June 2019 to December 2019, they worked as a Guest Relations Executive at the same company, where they conducted VIP guest check-ins and check-outs, researched and prepared personalized itineraries for VIP guests, handled guest complaints, and provided service recovery solutions. In June 2019, Xiaowan also had a cross-training role in the Guest Relations Department.

From December 2019 to January 2021, Xiaowan worked as a Guest Relations Manager at Beijing Ba Dajin Catering Co., Ltd, specifically at the Yan Jing Tang Restaurant. In this role, they developed and maintained relationships with valuable clients and corporate partners, managed the brand image and media meetings for publicity, and handled VIP guest databases and reservations.

In 2021, Xiaowan served as a Guest Relations Manager at Ensue by Christopher Kostow. In this role, they managed guest relations and ensured a positive guest experience.

As of 2023, Xiaowan Jin is currently working at Luxurynsight, specifically in the China Market & Consumer Insight department.

Xiaowan Jin's education history includes several degrees and areas of study. Xiaowan first attended Les Roches Jin Jiang International Hotel Management College in 2017 for a one-year study in hotel management. Following this, Xiaowan enrolled in the Beijing Institute of Clothing Technology and completed a Dual Bachelor of Engineering in Fashion/Apparel Design from 2012 to 2016. During the same period, Xiaowan also obtained a Bachelor of Management degree from the same institution, majoring in Marketing. In 2021, Xiaowan pursued a diploma in French and English studies at Alip Paris France. Currently, Xiaowan is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Luxury Brand Management at INSEEC MSc, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
