Annaliese Settles

Annaliese Settles has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Annaliese started their career as an intern at LuxuryRes Inc in 2015 and later transitioned into a role as a Sales and Marketing Consultant, where they were involved in market research and client reporting. In 2021, they became the Sales and Marketing Director at LuxuryRes Inc, responsible for overseeing marketing and sales activities.

In 2017, Annaliese joined Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as a Front Desk Agent and later took on the role of Concierge, where they assisted patrons with reservations and travel arrangements. During their time at Hilton, they were recognized as a member of the Blue Energy Committee, an honor given to employees who exceed expectations in delivering outstanding service.

In addition to their hotel industry experience, Annaliese also worked at Conrad N. Hilton College as a Housekeeping Supervisor, demonstrating their skills in guest services, hotel security, billing and inventory, and ensuring rooms meet quality standards.

Annaliese Settles completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Conrad N. Hilton College between the years 2016 and 2020. Prior to that, they attended TASIS-Switzerland from 2013 to 2015. In 2012 and 2013, they studied at Incarnate Word Academy Houston. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the certification of "Certified Houston Insider" from Visit Houston in June 2019.
