Dr. Brian Uplinger serves as an Adjunct Professor at Wilkes University since June 2022, teaching graduate and undergraduate studies in education. Uplinger has held various roles in the Hazleton Area School District since August 2017, including Superintendent of Schools and Pandemic Coordinator.
