Marina Kalinina

Marina Kalinina is a seasoned User Experience Manager currently at LV 1871, where responsibilities include overseeing user experience initiatives. Prior to this, Marina led UX/UI design at Zeppelin Group, focusing on team development, strategic design system implementation, and stakeholder management across multiple internal companies. With a solid foundation from Allianz as a UX lead, Marina effectively coordinated design across various product teams and contributed to the design system NDBX Expert. Earlier roles include brand and UX/UI design at HOLZUNIQUE and a junior position at VISPIRON Gruppe. Marina holds a Master of Science in Industrial Design from the Technical University of Munich and a Bachelor of Arts from Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Fine Arts.
