Jonathan Reyes

Jonathan Reyes is currently the President of Student Housing at LV Collective since April 2021. Prior to this role, Jonathan served as Director at Nimes Capital / Nimes Real Estate, Vice President at Harrison Street Real Estate Capital LLC, and Director - Capital Markets at American Campus Communities. Jonathan started their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at UBS Investment Bank, specializing in equity & debt issuances and mergers and acquisitions. Jonathan also worked as a Resident Assistant at Asset Campus Housing while pursuing a degree in Finance at Texas A&M University from 2002 to 2006.
