Ryan Fetgatter

Ryan Fetgatter is currently the Principal at Lincoln Ventures and the Owner of Parke Development. With previous experience as Vice President of Development at Aspen Heights and Real Estate Representative at Opus East, Ryan has a strong background in developing multifamily, student housing, and condominium projects. Ryan has successfully developed over 6,000 units in projects totaling over $1.5 billion in various building types including high rise, mid rise, and garden. Ryan graduated with a BS in Economics from the University of Virginia in 2006.
