Julie Hayes Lundgren obtained a SHRM Certification in Human Resources Management and Services. JULIE then attended Golden West College, earning an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Criminal Justice and Corrections from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they studied Business Administration at Fullerton College from 1999 to 2001.
