Dipsikha Ghorai is an Optometry student at Pailan College Of Management and Technology, pursuing a Bachelor's degree from 2021 to 2025. Currently, Dipsikha serves as an Observer at ASG Eye Hospital since June 2023 and holds the position of Editor in Chief at Vision Venture At Pailan since March 2023. Prior experience includes a role as an Observant at NETRADEEP from December 2022 to January 2023, where Dipsikha gained expertise in OCT, Fundus Photography, Perimetry, Applanation Tonometry, and both A-scan and B-scan ultrasound, as well as various outdoor cases.

LVPEI has served over 28.48 million (2 crore 84 lakh people), over 50% of them entirely free of cost, irrespective of the complexity of care needed.
