Lilian Otiso

Lilian Otiso is the Executive Director and Director of Programs at LVCT HEALTH, where Lilian is responsible for driving vision, strategy, and management of all programs. Lilian also serves as a donor focal point for budget compliance. In addition, Lilian is the Care and Treatment Manager overseeing HIV care and treatment programs. Lilian is also a Member of the Partnership Council at Frontline AIDS and a Member of the Board of Directors at Enda Athletic, Inc. Lilian holds a PhD in Global Health, an MBA in Healthcare Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Medicine.
