Jason Newall serves as the Senior Vice President of the Land Team USA at LVI Associates, a subsidiary of Phaidon International, where responsibilities include managing teams and providing permanent staffing solutions, organizational consulting, and M&A advisory services for AEC firms within the Land Use and Civil Sectors. With extensive experience at Phaidon International, Jason has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President and Associate Vice President, focusing on various sectors such as Water, Civil Infrastructure, and Real Estate Development across the North-Eastern United States. Jason's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Kingston University and a CMI Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Management & Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute. Prior to joining LVI Associates, Jason held a specialist role at Apple.
