William Mitchell

William Mitchell is a seasoned professional in the construction industry, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of Heavy Civil/T&D/Federal Construction at LVI Associates since March 2019. With a strong focus on the Water/Wastewater and Heavy Civil sectors, William has advanced through various roles including Vice President and Associate Vice President, leading teams in placing candidates and advising clients across the United States. Prior experiences include positions as a Principal Consultant and Consultant in the Rocky Mountain Region and Pacific Northwest, as well as earlier roles such as Assistant Case Manager at ISG and intern at the Massachusetts State House. William holds a Bachelor's degree from Salem State University, earned between 2014 and 2018.
