Elisabetta Andreis has extensive experience in administration and finance, currently serving on the Administration and Finance Desk at LVIA Ong since September 2022. Prior to this role, Elisabetta was the AFC Manager at Libellula from March 2018 to September 2022, where responsibilities included team leadership in administration, finance, and controlling, corporate control, account management for Italian and French companies, and HR support. Earlier experience includes serving as Office Manager at BSP Vetraria, handling sales back-office operations, buying assistance, and administrative tasks, as well as working as a Project Officer at Casa do Menor Italia Onlus ONG, focusing on grant management and event coordination. Elisabetta holds a Laurea Magistrale in Amministrazione e controllo aziendale from Università degli Studi di Torino and a Laurea in Economia aziendale/manageriale from Università Bocconi.

LVIA – Lay Volunteers International Association – is an Italian association which deals with international solidarity and cooperation, committed to fostering ways of local and global change to overcome extreme poverty, reinforce equitable and sustainable development and enhance dialogue between Italian and African communities. LVIA was founded in 1966, inspired by the reformist thrust of the Second Vatican Council and the values of justice and peace. Since then, LVIA has been professionally committed to promoting principles of common good and active and responsible citizenship.
