Aaron Golbin

Aaron Golbin is a seasoned entrepreneur and business strategist with extensive experience in venture capital, startup mentorship, and organizational leadership. As the Managing Partner at LvlUp Ventures, Golbin oversees accelerators and incubators while co-leading the firm’s investment committee. Previously a founding partner and head of the NextUp initiative, Golbin has deep expertise in strategy, growth, and operations for startups. Golbin serves as a lecturer and mentor at Columbia Business School and Cornell University, and offers mentorship at Harvard Business School's Rock Center for Entrepreneurship.
