Kelly Moran is a seasoned professional in venture capital and startup development, currently serving as a Venture Scout at LvlUp Ventures since December 2023, focusing on relationship-driven investments with initial market validation. Kelly also holds the position of Executive Director for Accelerator Programs & Partnerships at Cryptan Labs and provides strategic consulting services for early-stage Web3 startups through Supersum. Prior experience includes founding The C3 Collective and contributing as a founding member of The Fashion DAO. Kelly's background includes investment roles at K1 Investment Management and Barclays Investment Bank, as well as engineering experience with the United States Air Force. Educational qualifications include degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
