Cecilia Cerra

Cecilia Cerra is an experienced professional in corporate social responsibility and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Corporate Social Responsibility for LVMH - Loro Piana since September 2016, where a "conscious business" strategy has been developed in alignment with LVMH guidelines. Previously, Cecilia held the position of Director of Human Resources for Loro Piana's Global Textiles Division from 1999 to 2017, overseeing an international workforce of over 3,000 employees and managing human resource needs within the Italian Industrial Division. Additional roles include serving as Executive Director of Human Resources at Lanificio Luigi Colombo S.p.A. and working in human resources at Maglificio Bellia (Liabel) Sara Lee Group. Cecilia's educational background includes certifications in sustainability and corporate governance, as well as a Master of Business Administration and a degree in Organizational & Workplace Psychology, cum Laude.
