Jolie Chehadeh

Jolie Chehadeh is a seasoned talent leader with extensive experience in employee experience, talent management, and strategic human capital consulting. Currently serving as Vice President of Employee Experience at LVMH since May 2022, Jolie focuses on enriching experiences for talent and fostering professional growth. As the Founder and Principal of JSC Talent Consulting from October 2020 to February 2022, Jolie provided strategic consulting to S&P Global during significant organizational changes. Previous roles include Vice President of Global Talent Management and Executive Director of Global Talent at The Estée Lauder Companies, where Jolie led talent management initiatives and promoted company culture. Prior to that, at Thomson Reuters, Jolie held various positions, including Director of Talent & Development, leveraging international experience to implement global strategic talent initiatives. Jolie holds a Master’s degree in Organizational and Social Psychology from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Economics from Scripps College, along with additional certifications in digital marketing.
