Michael's career encompasses significant roles at DFS Group Ltd, including Chief Operating Officer and President of Worldwide Store Operations, where responsibilities included store development and operations. Additionally, during a lengthy tenure at Macy's East from April 1978 to May 1998, Michael advanced through various positions, ultimately serving as VP of DMM Home Textiles and VP of Planning and Distribution, among other roles.
