Sandra Federighi

Sandra Federighi is the Group CFO of Stella McCartney at LVMH. Sandra has been with the company since 2007, starting as a Reporting & Consolidation Manager. Sandra was promoted to Global CFO in 2020.

Sandra has played a central role in the growth and evolution of Stella McCartney, helping to change the company from a wholesale-only business to a mixed wholesale and retail model. Highlights of their time with the company include opening new shops around the world, acquiring former partners in Japan and Hong Kong, and undertaking a comprehensive cost reduction programme that generated a 10% reduction in operating expenditure.

Sandra is known for their astute commercial strategies and meticulous risk management. Sandra has also developed a strong team of finance staff, retail specialists, supply chain experts and other multi-disciplinary employees.

Sandra Federighi studied economics at Università degli Studi di Siena, where they earned their master's degree.
