One of the aspects that drives growth and efficiency at LVNDR is the ability to diligently focus & ruthlessly prioritise. This requires the ability to identify & execute on your highest leverage activity. You will find quickly that there is no end to your to do list and so you will need to get good at knowing what to drop, what to postpone, and what to prioritise. There is never enough time for everything, and compromising quality is never the answer. In the end it comes down to strategic focus.

Often, our team will reach decisions via debate. Seemingly conflicting opinions, and individuals will momentarily clash; however, you must always remember that the goal is not to make your opinion chosen. The goal is to reach the best solution to solve the problem being discussed. This solution is usually reached through open discussion, and is rarely (if ever), an individual team member’s original opinion, idea, or perspective.
