Garry Peffer

Garry Peffer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Garry started their career in the United States Army as a Specialist from August 1996 to June 1999. Following their military service, they worked as a Store General Manager at Aldi Foods from August 1999 to May 2004, where they successfully managed a team and implemented training techniques to increase employee efficiency.

In 2007, Garry joined Tiefenbach as an Administrative Assistant to the Executive VP. In this role, they played a key part in establishing warehousing facilities and operations for a German OEM expanding into the U.S. market. Garry then moved on to work as an Independent Insurance Agent at Aflac from September 2014, where they developed custom benefits programs for organizations of various sizes and industries, improving client relations, sales volume, and participation rates.
