Tricia Anderson

Tricia Anderson has over 25 years of work experience in various sales and operations roles. Currently, they serve as an Inside Sales Specialist & Special Projects at L&W Industries since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at RHOMAR INDUSTRIES, INC. for 15 years, first as an Account Manager responsible for customer acquisition and retention in two territories, and later as a Sales and Operations Specialist for the Canadian territory. Tricia'sresponsibilities at RHOMAR INDUSTRIES, INC. also included training and educating the sales staff on internal processes and procedures. Before joining RHOMAR INDUSTRIES, INC., Tricia worked as a Sales Representative at Crossroads Designs LLC, where they were responsible for customer acquisition and retention in a multi-state territory. Tricia also acquired and maintained valued national accounts and was involved in company culture and policy decisions. Tricia began their career as a Teller at Empire Bank, where they worked for three years.

Tricia Anderson earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish Language and French Language from Drury University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999.
