Kristen Saniga

Kristen Saniga has substantial experience in food safety and compliance, currently serving as the Vendor Food Safety and Compliance Manager and Program Lead at Hissho Sushi Inc. since July 2019, following roles as a Food Safety Field Inspector. Prior experience includes positions at North Carolina State University, where Kristen was a Food Science Graduate Research Assistant, and a Food Microbiology Laboratory Assistant. Additionally, Kristen held roles as an Online Instructional Assistant and Laboratory Technician during earlier studies. A Quality Assurance Intern at TW Garner Food Company further contributed to Kristen's diverse background in food science. Kristen holds a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science from North Carolina State University.
