Patric Knapp

Patric Knapp currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Bobby's Burgers by Bobby Flay since November 2022 and has held the role of Sr. Director of Non-Traditional Strategy at Hissho Sushi Inc. since October 2018, where strategic leadership has been provided for business development and franchise operations. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Development at Due North Holdings LLC, focusing on franchising and acquisitions, and extensive tenure at Kahala Brands as Vice President of Strategic Alliances, where nontraditional store development was spearheaded.
