Tanapong Lertphraewphun is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in the food service industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Hissho Sushi Inc. since February 2015, Tanapong has also held positions as Regional Manager and Regional Supervisor, focusing on setting objectives, overseeing staff training, and fostering development. Previously, Tanapong worked as an Assistant Sushi Chef at ATUN SUSHI-YAKITORI-IZAKAYA and as Head Sushi Chef and Manager at MAMA’S SUSHI, where responsibilities included employee oversight and training. Tanapong began a culinary career as a Thai Food Chef at THAI BAR-B-QUE, ensuring quality food service and staff training. Tanapong holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Chandrakasem Rajabhat University, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
