Kerem Cengiz

Kerem Cengiz is an accomplished architect and real estate professional with extensive management experience across multiple regions, currently serving as Managing Director at LWK & Partners and C Cheng Technology, as well as Advisory Board Member for Effat University and Al Ghurair University. With a background that includes founding Lateral Design & Consult and holding leadership positions at notable firms such as X Architects and Chapman Taylor LLP, Kerem has a proven track record in business strategy, design, and international development, particularly in the MENA region. Educational credentials include a DipArch from The Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL, and a BA Hons in Architecture from Birmingham City University. Additionally, Kerem contributes to the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) as a Committee Member and has been involved in significant architectural practices globally.
