Tim Trine

Tim Trine is currently the Chief Technology Officer at LXE Hearing, where they lead the R&D organization. Previously, Tim served as CTO at Eargo and as President & CEO of Noopl, a consumer audio start-up. Tim held an academic position as Assistant Professor and Director of Audiology at Vanderbilt University and has significant experience at Starkey Hearing Technologies, where they progressed from Director of Research & Technical Services to CTO and Sr. VP of Research & Development. Tim earned a Ph.D. in Hearing Science from the University of Minnesota, an M.S. in Audiology from Vanderbilt University, a BA in Communication Disorders from California State University, Northridge, and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
