Elizabeth Colbert-Zimmerman

Elizabeth Colbert-Zimmerman currently serves as the Director of Sourcing at LXT since November 2023. Previously, Elizabeth was the Senior Director of Human Resources at Appen from December 2017 to May 2023, where responsibilities included streamlining crowd operations and conducting recruitment for various roles within the gig economy. Prior to that, Elizabeth managed HR operations at Leapforce as Human Resource Manager for eight years, overseeing payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. Elizabeth's early career included HR roles at Feeva Technology, Inc. and as an HR Coordinator/Administrative Assistant at Prosodie. Elizabeth holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science in Family Relations from San Francisco State University.
