Kelly Leitao

Kelly Leitao is currently the Legal Counsel & Project Manager at Lyanne. Prior to this, they worked as a Juriste at Allianz from September 2016 to September 2017, where they were in charge of civil responsibility for lawyers and businesses. This included managing claims, studying contractual guarantees, legal analysis of the case and attempted amicable settlement of the dispute, evaluation of the prejudice and study of responsibilities, and proposition of indemnification. From June 2015 to July 2015, Kelly was a Juriste stagiaire at Cabinet NMCG, where they assisted with patrimonial consequences including liquidation, partition, and compensatory benefits; succession composition and devolution; consultation and research including interviews with clients, case studies, and dossier strategy development; and drafting of procedural documents, help with the preparation of pleadings dossier, and letters to clients and colleagues. Kelly then worked as a Juriste at La médiation de l'assurance from September 2017 to August 2021 before taking their current position at Lyanne. Kelly has also previously worked as a Secrétaire juridique at SCP ROBERT PATTE KHIARI HUISSIERS from June 2014 to August 2014.

Kelly Leitao has a Master's degree in Insurance Law from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) and a Bachelor's degree in Private Law from Université Paris Nanterre.
