Anne Economakos

Anne Economakos currently serves as the Assistant Director of College Counseling at Lycée Français de Chicago, a position held since September 2021. Additionally, Anne has been a Volunteer International College Counselor for the Matchlighters Scholars Program - College Essay Guy since 2020. Prior to the current role, Anne worked as a College Counselor at British International School of Chicago from June 2018 to September 2021 and as a Student Development Coordinator and College Counseling Intern at Lycée Français de Chicago from 2015 to 2018. Anne's career began in the beauty industry, serving as the Lead Esthetician at Sine Qua Non from 2005 to 2016 and as the North American Educator & Accounts Manager for B. Kamins from 2004 to 2005. Anne's educational background includes a Master of Education in Counselor Education from DePaul University, as well as a BFA in Theatre from the same institution, and an ABT in English Literature from the University of Illinois Chicago.
