Sarah Galer serves as the Chief Communications, Marketing & Advancement Officer at Lycée Français de Chicago since September 2017, leading efforts in communications, marketing, and development to support the institution's mission. Previously, Sarah held various roles at The University of Chicago, including Chief Communications and Marketing Officer and Director of Communications for the Harris School of Public Policy. Additional experience includes positions as News Officer at Coface North America, Research Assistant at the Kennedy School of Government focused on nuclear terrorism, and Research Assistant at The Brookings Institution. Sarah holds a Master's degree in German and European Studies from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in French from the University of Michigan.
