Aaron Willsea

Aaron Willsea is currently a Junior Analyst at OneDigital, having joined in June 2025. With a strong background in leadership and education, Aaron has served as a Student Leader in the Outdoor Leadership & Education Department at Lycoming College since August 2017, guiding students on various outdoor adventures. Additional experience includes roles as a Data Analyst at Keystone Insurers Group, a Universal Banker at M&T Bank, and a Management Trainee at Enterprise. Aaron also gained sales and customer service expertise as a Leasing Consultant at Paradigm Companies and a Sales Associate at DICK'S Sporting Goods, alongside guiding experiences in white water rafting at Pine Creek Outfitter, Inc. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Lycoming College, completed in 2020.
