James Wright

James Wright is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in aerospace and defense manufacturing. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Operations at Lycoming Engines since December 2020, James previously held various managerial and supervisory roles at Bell Helicopter from May 1998 to December 2020. These roles included Value Stream Manager and Supervisor of Repair and Overhaul Drive Systems, where responsibilities encompassed supervising the tear down and build up of dynamic assemblies, machining operations, and production activities. James began the career as a Drill Press Operator and Assembler Gearbox in the US Army from March 1987 to April 1998 and is currently pursuing a degree at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 2017 to 2026.
