Justin Niklaus

Justin Niklaus is a Sr. Business Operations Analyst at Lycoming Engines, with extensive experience in product scheduling and material planning within the spare parts value stream. Since joining Lycoming Engines in June 2019, Justin has transitioned from a Business Operations Analyst to overseeing the management of production schedules and demand requirements. Previous roles within the company include Supply Chain Internships focused on production planning and logistics, as well as hands-on experience as a Carpenter at Bower Contracting Inc. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Penn State University, completed in 2019.
