Kristen Avery

Kristen Avery is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in human resources management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as HR Manager at Lycoming Engines since January 2020, Kristen has held various roles including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and HR & Benefits Coordinator. Prior to this, Kristen worked as a Recruiter at Larson Design Group and spent over a decade at Jersey Shore Steel Company, where responsibilities included directing HR functions, managing labor relations, and overseeing employee benefits. Additional experience includes a role as Human Resources Representative at L-3 Communications. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Labor Studies & Industrial Relations and a Master's in Human Resources and Employment Relations, both from Penn State University.
