Shea Degan

Shea Degan is the Founder and CEO of 88 Tactical, an elite training organization established in June 2009, aimed at equipping individuals and emergency services with essential crisis management skills. Since April 2008, Shea has also served as a part-time Police Officer. As a Co-Founder and Partner at Lyconic, LLC, founded in July 2008, Shea has played a crucial role in developing innovative software applications that support business operations. Prior to these roles, Shea co-founded Signal 88 Security in 2003, a law enforcement and civilian-based security company, and held various positions in law enforcement, including Deputy Sheriff with the Douglas County Sheriff's Office and Correctional Officer at the Douglas County Correctional Center. Shea's early service as a Maritime Enforcement Specialist with the U.S. Coast Guard Reserves further underscores a commitment to public safety and security. Education includes studies in Criminal Justice, Sociology, and Psychology at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
