Carly Rains

Carly Rains has extensive experience in cost control and analysis within the energy sector, currently serving as Cost Control Lead and previously holding the position of Senior Cost Controller at Lycopodium since March 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Cost Analyst and Cost Engineer at Chiyoda Corporation from May 2014 to March 2019, where Carly contributed to major projects such as the Ichthys LNG Project. Carly also worked on the Gorgon LNG Project with Kellogg Joint Venture from April 2011 to May 2014, participating in the management of a $43 billion facility, and gained experience in EPCM cost management at Hatch from March 2009 to March 2011, as well as earlier positions as a Cost Clerk from 2006 to 2009, involved in a significant capital expenditure program.
