Tibby Skala

Tibby Skala is an experienced engineering professional specializing in project management and mechanical engineering. With a robust background spanning over 18 years, Tibby currently serves as Project Engineering Manager for the Reko Diq Copper/Gold Project at Lycopodium since November 2021. Previous roles include Principal Mechanical Engineer at Calibre, Mechanical Engineering Consultant at TMS Engineering Services, and Engineering Manager positions at Ausenco. Tibby has led mechanical engineering efforts for various major projects across multiple commodities, including copper, gold, and uranium. The educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from W.A.I.T., obtained between 1977 and 1981.
