Gail Parks

Gail Parks is an experienced Production Manager with a demonstrated history in production management spanning over three decades. Currently at Lydech since April 2023, Gail previously held the same title at Thermal Acoustical Solutions and Lydall, both since July 1989, overseeing teams of approximately 200 employees at each facility. Responsibilities include managing production, safety, scrap, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives. Gail holds an Associate's degree in Business and Social Skills from Surry Community College.
