Kylin Ellison

Kylin Ellison is a seasoned talent and diversity, equity, and inclusion professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as a Talent Consultant at Lydian and as an Advisor at PeopleTech Talent, Kylin previously held the role of Senior Director for Talent & DEIB at Twelve, where skills in team building and hiring execution were utilized. Earlier positions include Head of Talent & DEI at Standard AI, where Kylin managed the Talent department and developed talent mapping strategies, and experience as a Technical Recruiter at Caffeine. Kylin co-founded the Mosaic employee resource organization at Cisco Meraki, focusing on diversity and inclusion initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Morgan State University.
