Shannon Worster has an extensive work history in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. From 2006 to 2009, Shannon worked as a Sr. Clinical Manufacturing Technician at Targeted Genetics. Shannon was responsible for producing clinical recombinant viral vector products, including performing cell culture, bioreactor operation, filtration, and document creation/review.

Shannon's career in the industry started in 2001 at Santa Cruz Biotechnology, where they served as a Research Associate specializing in mammalian cell transfection and training other research associates.
