Ross Williams

Ross Williams is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in management and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Managing Director at Lyfe Wellbeing since March 2024, Ross leads initiatives to enhance workplace wellbeing through a strategic SaaS platform. Prior experience includes founding and serving as CEO of 8th Day Adventure, where Ross fostered community engagement through social adventure activities from September 2004 to March 2024. Additionally, Ross held the role of Head of Operations & Partnerships at Beyonk, contributing to the growth of a leading visitor experience platform. Earlier career roles include Account Manager at Brighter PR and freelance PR Manager for notable clients. Ross holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Southampton, completed from 1995 to 1998, and attended Shrewsbury School from 1989 to 1994.
