Atul Gupta

Atul Gupta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software engineering and platform support. Currently serving as the Platform Support Lead for Lyft Urban Solutions since June 2020, Atul manages a dynamic team of Support Engineers, overseeing daily operations, performance reviews, and training initiatives to enhance technical skills and customer service. Prior to Lyft, Atul worked as an Application & Operations Support Analyst, automating processes to increase productivity. Additional experience includes roles at Macy's, where significant automation efforts led to substantial efficiency gains, and positions at Cars.com, Capsquare Systems Inc., and Dell International Services, providing support and development expertise across various platforms and tools. Atul holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Inderprastha Engineering College.
