Blake Dickler

Blake Dickler is an experienced professional in operations and management with a strong background in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as General Manager for Capital Bikeshare at Lyft since January 2025, Blake previously held senior management positions at Found, overseeing operations in both the marketplace and pharmacy sectors. Additional experience includes strategy and operations at Local Kitchens, supply chain management at Ro, and a foundational role at McMaster-Carr that involved team oversight and project management to improve customer satisfaction. Blake also gained valuable experience as a student employee at the Elie Wiesel Center for Jewish Studies and completed internships at Southwest Airlines and TTI Floor Care North America. Blake earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
