Desiree Roberts

Desiree Roberts, MSM-HR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the People Development Program Manager at Lyft since April 2022. In this role, Desiree facilitates workshops on various essential topics and collaborates with C-Suite executives and management to enhance team performance and employee development. Prior to Lyft, Desiree held several positions at Hilton, including Learning Manager and Corporate Learning Analyst, where responsibilities included maximizing training program effectiveness and strengthening stakeholder relationships.
