Erika Acheson

Erika Acheson is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in education and operations. They served as Principal at IDEA Public Schools from 2009 to 2011, where they managed all aspects of the school and fostered community relationships, leading to an Exemplary academic rating from the state of Texas. At Teach for America, they held several leadership roles from 2008 to 2016, including Managing Director of Institutes and Managing Director of Recruitment. Currently, Erika is the Chief of Staff at Lyft, where they focus on safety strategy and operations, and they are pursuing a BA in English & Political Science at Rice University.
